You can find a lot of resources and websites out there for spinal cord injuries and traumatic brain injuries, if you know where to go, but where can you find it all in once place? The QuadFiles is not just a running blog of articles written by the blogger, it is a hub for anyone living with an SCI or TBI. Sports, Health, Recreation, Adaptation - this blog covers everything and is growing every day. The blogger herself has had a spinal cord and traumatic brain injury for over 10 years and is dedicated to positive, proactive living.

For Caregivers

For Caregivers is a resource and support blog for family and professional caregivers working with SCI and TBI. Articles in this blog include topics that our own clients and partners provide and content is geared toward harnessing the power of care giving.
